AL ANDERSON AND FAMILY
on saturday night august 1, we finally did it. al anderson had his family out with him fishing. now one thing that needs to be said is al fishes at least twice a week. he is part of the monday and friday crew. this week he made it down monday, wednesday, friday, and saturday night. WOW. saturday night half of his family spent the night on the bay. it started out a bit rough ,and a drift of 2.7 knots, but that did not stop them from putting on the croaker show. once they got their fill of croaks it was off to the blues. over all the fish were right. one thing to keep in mind is mr. al anderson is 85 years young. i can only hope that any one that has had the privilege of being around al can pick up on some of his lessons of life, " we are here, that is all that matters, we are here". i know i have. thanks al

Capt. Mike-- Thank you so much for letting Britt steer the boat. She really felt spoiled yesterday. Thank you to mate Chris for hooking some...okay most of her croakers for her lol. I really enjoyed myself, and it was awesome to have four generations fishing. Once the meds kicked in and I didn't feel seasick anymore I had a blast :) and of course thank you to my Pop Pop for letting us experience one of your favorite hobbies with you.
