NEW EDEN / PERKIMONVILLE CHURCH

today was not just another day of fishing. the group from new eden mennonite church from schwenksville pa. and perkimonville church from perkimonville pa spent the day on the delaware bay. the weather was in complete agreement with the fact that some people wanted to spend their day on the bay. at the start it was a bit cold but it turned out to be one of the nicest days in november that i can remember. the goal of the day was to catch fish, and with the lead of the two brian's that is what they did. it was tog day saturday, after anchoring up on some structure it was tog time. 10 year old sam richley bagged 3 nice tog to show us the way it is done. he also tied into 3 dog sharks to keep him busy. in all 25 tog were bagged by this group. as a side note brian kapp even remembered to take home his tackle box this time, way to go brian. what a nice day, by both the fish and by good people. look forward to fishing with you again.

SUNDAY NOVEMBER 23

TODAY TRIP WAS A PLEASURE. IT STARTED AT 7:00AM WITH THE TEMPERATURES AT A COLD 19 DEGREES. BUT SOON AFTER WE PUSHED OUR WAY OUT THUR THAT COLD AIR ,THINGS STARTED TO HEAT UP. WE WERE HOOKED UP ON OUR FIRST FISH WITH EN 15MIN. THAT WAS OUR FIRST SHORT FISH. AS THE MORNING WENT ON IT WAS ONE AFTER ANOTHER ON SHORT FISH, BUT THIS WAS NOT A PROBLEM BECAUSE KEITH, LISA,KALA AND KYLE AND THEIR NEIGHBORS JACK, EMILY, NATALE, JOHN, AND LISA HAD A GREAT TIME TOGETHER THIS IS WHAT FAMILIES DO, SPEND GOOD QUALITY TIME TOGETHER. WHAT A BETTER PLACE TO DO IT THAN A DAY ON THE DELAWARE BAY. SHORTS WERE NOT THE ONLY THING THAT THIS GROUP CAPTURED. A FEW DOG'S WERE LANDED, AND ONE 28" KEEPER MADE THE RIDE HOME TO WEST CHESTER PA.. OUT SIDE OF A BIT OF COLD WEATHER THAT WAS FIXED WITH A HEATER, AND SHOES AND SOCKS THAT CAME OFF LED BY LISA,TODAY WAS PICTURE PERFECT. THIS REPORT WAS ALSO POSTED AT WWW.FISHING REPORTS NOW.COM
