THE LAST OF FLOUNDER

well the last two weeks went by fast with no big fan fare finish. each day we tried to capture some flounder. some days were better than others. on one friday a long time friend showed up bobbi pennington came down to show us how it was done. with her broken rod tip bobbi caught the pool winning flounder. if i remember correct it was 22". way to go bobbi. on days that the drift was not an option anchoring was way to go. one day at 6 buoy the trout showed up and big jack started the day off HOT. as soon as we got set on the hook jack started his expo. one trout after another.leave it to jack to raise the bar with a group of fisherman that need some motivation. mixed in with the trout are some nice blue fish, spot, small croakers, some kings, and a few blowfish. now that flounder fishing is closed this will be the target of the day. when those big ol slammer stripers move in we will let you know. their is one picture above that all of us have seen in our own tackle box at one time or another, it just is one of those things, good luck with that.
